CLIMAVORE communal dining and CPH: DOX Screening of Green City Life
Thursday March 23, 5-8 pm
What will the future of green cities look like? How will architects and designers incorporate sustainability in their vision and planning?
Join us at KØS for a screening of the documentary Green City Life hosted in connection to CPH: DOX. A film that takes you on a journey to the world’s biggest cities and with optimism and infectious energy looks at solutions instead of problems. Before the film, we will talk and eat together at our CLIMAVORE communal dinner – and perhaps talk about our own hopes for the future of our cities.
As the world’s population continues to grow, temperatures continue to rise and ecosystems are threatened, the young French couple behind Green City Life discovers the importance of rethinking the way we build and live in cities. They are neither ecologists nor researchers, but describe themselves as two worried city lovers. Driven by that concern, they begin traveling the world, visiting cities and start talking to urban farmers, architects, guerilla gardeners and other inspiring people to get help on how to design tomorrow’s ideal green city.
At our CLIMAVORE communal dinner you will then get the ultimate CLIMAVORE experience in the form of a CLIMAVORE buffet, which will reflect the season.
We look forward to inviting you for a delicious dinner and cosying up with you in our pop-up-cinema!
